Added capsaicin to my daily regimen: taking cayenne pepper in a veggie capsule, and i try to include crushed red peppers in my food where possible; also can't rule out that sweet bell peppers contain capsaicin, so i have been getting enough. Studies show that capsaicin boosts the body's ability to burn body fat. Who wants to find out about this? Click here if you do.

I've had 2 liters of ice water today...will finish with another liter before bed.

My high-fat diet is well-underway. Down to 165. 30 pounds to go. I speculate i will easily meet my short-term goal of 162 lbs. by December.

Already have my Thanksgiving feast planned. I love black beans, broccoli and sweet potatoes...so that's what i will be eating. I just hope dinner is before 6 pm :)

Out of salad today (crap!) I could go to the store...maybe i will! One thing i do love about America...convenience is king! Time to stock up on cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce. Saturday night dash to the grocery store.
