About 6 weeks ago I worked hard to get develop some better habits and lose a few pounds. But the last couple I have been very bad and undid all. Very disappointed with myself. Time to restart again.
73,0 kg Bisher verloren: 5,1 kg.    Still to go: 9,5 kg.    Diät befolgt: Schlecht.
Zunahme von 1,4 kg pro Woche

Hey you know what push for your goals, stop yourself when you start eating something unhealthy workout out more calories than you eat you'll lose weight! I'm 16 and I started at 225 at the start of October 7 and I'm exactly 201.6 lbs! You can do it if you put your mind to it!
