well it is time to get back on the diet - think I have said that before! And tried! Man is it hard! How did I ever do it in the first place????

Well, for me.. I kept on "messing up" over and over, so this past Friday, I thought to myself ... I'm just gonna take this whole weekend off. I had a weekend with no diet, no bills, no thoughts of stressful things. I just played with my kids ... or let them play. I "lightly" cleaned the house but I didn't go overboard trying to keep it spotless. I ate what I wanted, when I wanted, and how much I wanted. By Sunday night .. I felt like a stuffed pig and realized that being on my diet felt so much better than feeling so stuffed! Yesterday I did great so I'm hoping that the weekend off put me back on track. I can keep that with me for a while too. I kicked butt yesterday and I put my scales away in a drawer Sunday night. I don't know what I gained (I'm sure I did) but I am not touching the scales until Friday morning and I'm gonna try to really commit to this diet this week and see what the scale reads Friday. I'm more excited and feel like I've done the right thing. Maybe you should try something like that. I read that you have kids, although most are married .. it's stressful being a wife and a mom and trying to keep the house under control. I feel your pain but taking a breather is exactly what I needed. I wasn't even hungry yesterday!!! I did eat but when 7pm came ... I knew it was over. For me, if I cut myself off at a certain time, there will be no mistakes in the kitchen, lol. It is hard but I'm pretty sure you if you dig far enough into yourself, you will find your inner strength and you will do this. Also, taking the weekend off made me realize just how much I wanted this ... I "want" to drop some pounds. I hope this helps you. Good Luck!!! :)
