The weight is slowly coming off! I'm not cheating at all on this challenge. I am committed to this being successful! I've lost 9 pounds in the last week and I'm not even halfway through the challenge yet! My endurance is getting better too. Walked 2 miles in 40 minutes on the treadmill last night a 6.0 incline at 3.0 mile speed. I know 3.0 doesn't sound like much but last week I could only go 5.0 incline at 2.5 speed for 20 minutes. Well, gotta get ready. Have a very busy day today! :)
