Well I did good last week. I went to my meeting tonight and I lost 1.2lbs!! I was a little bit upset at first that I didn't lose more, but now I am very happy about it and I celebrated with a blizzard! lol Probley not the best idea, but I did a lot of exercise today so I had enough points left over to do so.

Congrats on the weight loss! The last time I was on WW I had my treat night on weigh in night. I know they say not to reward yourself with food but it worked! Keep up the good work! :)
