Okay, well last week kind of when to heck, I thought when I weighted in that I had broken even, except I got here and pow, 2lbs back on. Oh well, I had it coming, I was way off diet last week, in part to blame on the gym making me hungry, and in part my weak weak will.

This week didn't start off great with Thanksgiving weekend, but I'm going to stick to it, and get back in the gym, (with out the post gym snacking) and make it work.

No MORE BAGELS, they are delicious calories bombs.

Okay back at, 16 lbs, 8-10 weeks easy as pie, mmmm pie.
