Still on the losing side. Shooting for two lbs. a week but I'll take any loss at this point. Also my wife is down 9 pounds on on her blast off week of 1000 calories a day to get her going. It makes it easier with a partner. Keep Pounding everyone.

I went back and weighed and my new weight was a two pound loss so I am back on target after all. Yipeee.
