I'm not going to lie been a tough week. Had a bunch of family in for a few days and made some not so great choices when feeding the masses. I did refrain from all the drinking going on, probably the only reason I'm still down. Hope your all having a great week. Off the pool tonight been awhile since I've swam looking forward to it.
