So I'm now down to 305, still such an ugly number but at least the number is going down. My goal is still the same, to get under 300 pounds again and stay there. I have made another goal for myself, which is to give away my clothes to a women's shelter every time I drop a clothing size. I am fitting a size 24 right now but they are starting to get very lose, so as soon as I fit comfortably into my size 22 pants (which I think I might try when I get home tonight) I will give away all my clothes that are too big. I think this will be really good motivation because I won't have any clothes to fit me at all if I gain any weight back. And this time that is not even an option.
