I followed my diet rules 100% but no loss in last four days..
Actually I see that there is a drop only in days I have been at the gym :(
75,2 kg Bisher verloren: 13,8 kg.    Still to go: 13,2 kg.    Diät befolgt: 100%.

Plateau's are like your body testing you. Your body is asking you how bad do you really want to lose weight, to change. Your body has put the challenge out there. The question is, who has the will power to outlast the other? I believe in you. You can win this battle. Just don't give up. No matter what, and your body will give in eventually. 😊
