Going to work soon. Its my morning shifts this week at 5am. Went to bed last night at 8pm. that was fun lol. I think my long walk before hand helped me to fall asleep that early. Today at work i am going to concentrate on getting my food in unlike yesterday. Before my diet, i typically would not eat until 1 or 2pm. Im never hungry till then normally. I am trying to eat smaller meals throughout the day now so i have to focus and watch the clock. Also, normally i work nights so i am not even up till 10am. These crazy shifts!
65,3 kg Bisher verloren: 13,2 kg.    Still to go: 6,4 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.

Glad you managed to get to sleep ok - must be difficult... Did you see that research on Cherry Juice- to help insomnia (don't know how many calories in it). Oh Stacey I hear you about not eating at work. I have the same problems, I have no problem packing healthy food I just can't get to it! We work alone at the gas station and sometimes don't even have the chance to pee while at work. That all adds up to havoc on the body, not to mention the shift work. Thanks for your comments on my journal and I wish you the best.
