Full of sugars and hard to control food the last three days. Awaiting for 88.5 kg tomorrow morning, ha-ha. Going to have a five-hours-milonga today, two workouts tomorrow (gymnastics and weightlifting masterclasses) and one crossfit workout (with 16.5 as the WOD — hell,yeah) the next day. Hope it will help somehow. No matter. Carbs made me happy these days. Cheers to all.
