Trying to gain some weight before I lose 20 pounds to 119 pounds. I know how to lose weight quickly by eating right and eating less junk food . I think I am afraid that I will continue to lose weight so I eat too much and it is causing bad acne on my skin. I don't feel good from binge eating . I will try to lose that fear of losing too much weight, instead I will not eat too much as that will cause me to be overweight and obese. I worked hard to maintain my good weight for more than a year. I will not have all that effort go to waste. I don't want to be one of those fail stories where I gain all my weight and more. I will not to try to go on a diet anymore but get a huge lifestyle change. I think because my co workers have also gained weight I shouldn't have to. I WILL get it right. This is my goal for the rest of my future to maintain my weight at that goal or a bit less.
