Try green tea and drink it until u go to bed. Throw some Braggs Apple cover vinegar in there too. Just a tablespoon will do it. Drink water too. :-) u can do it!!

ive had trouble with that. what time do you go to sleep? it can be harder to stay faithful to your diet if you're a night owl. I find going to sleep around 4 hours after your last meal takes care of it. If my last meal was around 8pm by 12p im hungry and low on energy/a little sleepy. If i stay up later i usually end up snacking...or just stay really hungry hah.
