doing a fast does make a difference goood mornin everyone..i ended my first fast in a very long time yesterday morning..just 20 hours and after 12 hours it really wasnt that bad..i think i could have gone longer, but when i was in kitchen cleaning up the crock pot..chicken was smelling good..lol..i gave in..was on scales this morning and taaaaadaaaaaaa...they showed one heck of a loss..wish there was some way to reward my scales for the days im not mad at em...i know i give them a hard life..well..time to get that first cup of tea circulating in me..almost feel like doing another fast..been 14 hours since i last ate anything...wouldnt be that hard to add a few more hours on..lol....have a great one everyone and thanks for stoppin by..

Congrats on the loss! I've been fasting 16:8 for 3 days, and can tell a difference too. I was skeptical at first, but it works!

lol on stompin on the scales...i use to do that to...but then then you gotta buy a new set of scales...hahhaha
