Good Morning! Having a few issues with stomach upset the last few days. Dont think it is anything i am eating because i havent really changed anything too much. It is just a very full (not from eating too much) feeling. Who knows, maybe i have a tiny stomach virus. But i really feel great otherwise.

Things are going steady with weight loss. Things are slowing down a teeny tiny bit but still perfectly fine by me. The slower the better is good for the body and more likely to stay off. Especially since i feel comfortable with my plan and am likely to stick to it long term.

I love the calorie plan because i am able to pick what i want to eat. I am not controlled by any rules other than the ones i make up for myself. I have chosen to eat as healthy as i possibly can. I do have chips occasionally but just an ounce and they are baked. My sweet tooth i have satisfied with a daily balance bar.

I have found over time i have quit eating the bagel thins and pb. This is because i am on dayshift and know i will be able to eat something with heavier calories later in the day and have more options. when i work at night i take the pb sandwich because it is convenient and i love pb! Also, i bring it as a substitute in case the cheeseburger guy doesnt show up.

Im still enjoying working on my protein grams and trying to keep them above 65. Im not a big fan of meat but i dont mind chicken or turkey. I love turkey bacon although i dont have it that often. My favorite to eat (if calories wasnt an issue) is bbq ribs! I never have them anymore but i will be able to occasionally on down the road.

Thats it for now! I am off today so am planning on have a pleasant and peaceful day!
