This is the first month that I enter after changing from weekly weigh ins to monthly. I was not really losing weight anymore as I'd like for many reason having to do with stress and lack of time, but I am taking the bull by the horns and getting back on track. Weighing in less times is part of that change. So here we go...
Here are my monthly stats:
Last month: May 2016 Weight 160 lbs Body Fat 40 % Fat Mass 64 lbs Lean Mass 96 lbs
This month: June 2016 Weight 159 lbs Body Fat 39 % Fat Mass 62 lbs Lean Mass 97 lbs
Well, well, well! I lost 1 pound AND I lost 2 pounds of fat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How I did this while doing finals and taking a trip to Italy (where I ate gelato every single day) is a testament to how dedicate I am to getting back on track!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
