Like my previous Diary Entry said i expected to gain weight, so was very happy to see a loss. Still no exerise and ate a few bad things this week so could have improved if i did a better job at sticking to my plan. I will try even harder this week to try and make up for it. Gof for a few walks and eat less carbs. Once I get to 140kg if i have not already i will be joining the local gym and trying to get to that a few times a week for weight training.
I still cannot notice the loss in weight and not getting any compliments but I have a lot to lose so will take time to notice it.
