Planning and logging meals and light workouts have paid off. I am creating an awareness NOT an obsession about what I eat and enjoy. I do realize being too slack amounts to sliding back into old habits and weight gain. With a little more effort I know I can lose the weight I picked up. I need to be lighter for my physical well being and I need to be realistic about little indulgences along the way for my mental well being! Have a great day everyone!!!!
