Bouncing around in the 163-164 range. My goal is to keep it here through the holidays. Since my original goal weight was 175 I am okay, though I do consider 164 about perfect. I got to around 162 and my wife told me it was getting to be a bit much...then she knocked me down and said she would "kick my skinny arse" if I got any thinner!(complinment I think???) PS: ANYONE LOSE THEIR FOOD ENTRIES? mine are all gone.
