after indulging in the food and drink of the holidays, i'm back on track. going bike riding now, before it gets too hot. want to lose a few pounds this week, mom arriving from the states with clothes to fit into!! new year's will be easy to control, just a glass of champagne at midnite and on with the diet....and the new year will be fantastic as i reach my goal!
