Well this is a small setback. I talked myself into one "cheat meal" after more than 4 weeks of great results. However my mistake was to all out binge on lots of food and 6 alcoholic drinks. all told in a 4 hour period I consumed over 3000 calories with over 250g of carbs. I know that not much of the weight gain is fat and I'm still shedding water and toxins. I will make sure to stay in ketosis and maintain weight loss. As fun as feasting and drinking was I really miss the weight loss progress towards my goal even more.
