It's been really slow going for about the past month. Still progress is being made. I haven't been using the food tracker as well as I should be for my evening meals. The reason for this is because my Wife and I subscribe to Hello Fresh, which is a meals-by-mail service 3 nights a week. As user friendly as this site is, with two children under 4 years old, it is not always easy to sitting down and enter in all the ingredients. Anyhow, I've plateaued at 250 or just over for my weekly weigh ins for the last few weeks. I know my walking is steady and my clothes fit looser. I just want to see it manifested in my weight.
Good weekend planned, starting tonight. UConn football starts and I'm taking a half day. Usually tailgating runs counter to what I am trying to accomplish, but I am in charge of the menu and cooking. We are starting off with steamed littleneck clams before a main course of lean fajitas. Both courses entail copious amounts of veggies.
