Weight is coming down well. Body is sore. Got a bit of hip-pain do not know from where. Tomorrow was going to be my last day on the diet and then I take a month to reset and build muscle however at this rate of weight loss maybe I will delay until I hit a plateau as my body has not lost weight at this rate in a long time. Will see maybe just one more week. Will do some planning and research and make a decision.
