Wow huge increase. I guess lying in bed doing nothing all day after a big breakfast and eating although food was healthy was not such a great idea. However when I woke up yesterday I honestly felt like I was going to faint had no energy what so ever. This morning I am about 6/8 and I am feeling great so was worth it. I have learnt a lesson to not skip meals or give body too little food it will slow that metabolism down. Good thing I have is fatsecret as I can analyse and monitor. As a result of last 2 days I am revisiting my diet and approach to exercise.
