I lost my way 2 years ago and quit writing my food intake down and I gained every pound back I have too succeed or I am going to die a young man and I I am miserable and cannot do all that a person my age can do. I really noticed how overweight I was when I would go to sit in a regular seat and I could barely fit or not at all!!! I have never felt so low and so ashamed of myself. There are so many starving and going to bed hungry but I have taken food for granted!!!

Start by making the decision to make healthier choices. You are probably not going to change your entire life today, but you can do at least one thing that is going to send you down the right path. All of those little things will add up. You can do this. :)
