Still on a stall, but my Ketostix show that I am actively burning fat, so I have no worries. Of course I want the weight off in 2 days...but it was weeks of overeating that got me here, it's not rocket science.
I have been on 35 days without a cheat, so far, I have been lucky enough to convince myself that cheats are not an option, because I know it's just a moment of weakness.
I have decided however, that I will reward myself one [just one] day of eating most anything I want, for every 20 lbs I lose, as long as I remain under 2000 calories when doing so. We'll see how that goes over...as I am almost there. As long as I learn from my trial and error, I can live with making a mistake.
I have always done this diet the same way, but as I get older, my body needs some change. So I am learning what will work for me now...and not rely on what worked back then.
