Well, I wasn't able to go to my meeting tonight as I have no money and I had a meeting for work to go to. But, I weighed myself at home and it said I lost 2lbs. not too bad I guess.

yeah I guess it is. I'm just use to losing like 4-5 pounds a week. I guess this is what I should expect considering I am not going to the gym.
