Well that's 2 of the 3 lbs I gained over Xmas/New Year shifted! So back on target!!
Now to reassess my target, I am tentatively going for 126 lbs (9 st) and will reassess again in 4-6 weeks time. It might be that I'm happy at 130 lbs (as of now) but we shall see.....
Bikes have both arrived but trouble with the gearing, off to the shop today, so still no ride! :(
