My Nana died and I'm not taking it well. Glazed donuts and Pink Moscato wine aren't good for you. I found out the wine makes my chest hurt like I'm dying. Knives slice along the underlining of my ribs. No more cheap wine for me.

I'm sorry, I know how hard that is take your time everyone greaves different and for a different amount of time, I'm sure your grandma would want you to continue to do your program , think of her giving you all her support and her arms wraped around you. Sending my prayers your way.
