You know, you've been really moving those pounds this past month! It seems moreso than any previous months, too! I wonder if you'll hit your final goal a little soon than expected??!! I sure hope so, you really deserve it, Mike!

this last month was the month i worked out with weights more and did less cardio, but since ive started bck on the cardio, the weight has dropped off faster...

I think the cardio is working better since you built all those muscles with the strength training

i continue to do dumbbell exercises in the afternoon at the house, along with crunches..i have a 20 pound dumbbell that i use in the afternoons most days...

thanks to everyone..if i had only changed my eating habits and kept on exercising the last time i lost all this weight, i wouldnt be having to redo it again this time..thats whats driving me so hard ..i kno i can do it, and now its just a matter of gettin to my goals i have set for myslf...
