Gaining weight by leaps and bounds...as high as 183 the other day. THAT is an all time high for me as a Fat Secret Member. THAT'S IT...I am done with this shilly-shallying around. I know what I have to eat to fuel a healthy body and to get rid of fat, bloat and sluggishness. I know how to exercise to tone and build muscle. I am putting my body and mind to work ...NOW! I am very embarrassed at such a huge gain...I felt it, I knew it was happening...I just felt lost and out of control.

I proud of you for that transparent, honest assesment, and conviction. My wife and I were invited out to dinner by some dear friends that I didn't won't to hurt by refusing them. I didn't want to go because I was afraid of myself. We went to Red Robin. I choose the Avo Cobo salad. I now feel good, not guilty. If I can do this, you can. Chose then do.

Reset time, kiddo. YOU are worth the effort, even if you give others 98% of your effort and care. Just ask yourself who would do the things you do for them, if you were dead. Because, unless you care for yourself first, that's what will happen. Even airline safety talks say, make sure you have your oxygen mask on first, before assisting others.
