This sucks!! I've been abour 98% faithful to the BFC >15g sugar/day and carbs at 5-6 servings and this week even lower on the carb end as I'm following Dr. Mercola's advise for Protein types. But,the weight isn't moving. Don't know how much is water (stupid thyroid) as I can't even get my rings of this morning and my eyes are swollen. But I refuse to quit. I'll just keep on keeping on. At least I'm not gaining.
