Today I am down to 161, yesterday was 161.5 but my weight watcher weigh in showed a gain of .4 lbs which was very disappointing but then I guess I shouldn't have been surprised. The bus trip in the middle of the week really did me in with late night pizza and eating junk food for a couple of days. This week my goals are to drink more water, exercise more consistenly, and to journal everything I put in my mouth!
