The results of the trip down food memory lane. Rice, beans, yuca, plantains. Since yesterday, I've been carefully keto, and today was a 27 hour fast. No hunger, no cravings, no leg swelling. I had a quail's egg around midday, since I had to test out my new mini stove. $18 on eBay, and it definitely gets hot enough to fry an egg. The one I've been using has been losing power, and finally gave up the ghost last week. No new videos have gotten made because of that. Now that I have a new one, I'm planning a quiche Lorraine for this week. Right now, it's thunderstorming to beat the band. I love thunderstorms!
