I'm pretty sure that being down 2 pounds again this week, is just because I didn't work out yesterday and so I'm not holding onto water weight. This is the same weight I gained last week... well, plus being down 0.4... so that's my true weight loss, which is awesome!

I'd really like to say goodbye to the 50s for good, but we'll see how this week goes. My body has a mind of its own! :)

I love that feeling when you know that there's a number you're never going to see again. I reckon just another pound or two and you can pretty much kiss the 250s goodbye! Congrats on over 90lbs lost, such an amazing achievement :)
