Feeling a bit better even though my loss was small. Have some days I will be eating off plan. Going to step up my exercise over the next two weeks to combat that :) Been working out mid day instead of the morning, it is harder to skip that way :) but I seem to burn less calories....going to double the warm ups(on Golds gym Cardio boxing) to increase my burn rate,if I can handle it may be next week I will add another 18 minutes too.
