So... I fell off the wagon for over a week. I attended the Medical Devices Conference in Boston on TUE and WED of last week and missed my Pumps classes (though I DID do Pilates at home on TUE). Then Wendy arrived on THU night for a weekend visit during which time I didn't workout AT ALL. She left on SUN night, and I left for Cook Medical in Bloomington, IN on MON afternoon and returned last night. Again - no workouts and pretty crappy eating.

Back to it today with healthly eating and a Chisel class at noon that KICKED my ASS! I'm determined to keep it up. I'm GOING to lose that weight and be able to get through an entire class without wimping out.
