YES! I weigh 144 now!! My goal is to reach 137 by the end of this month. And 120 by December 31st. I can do this! I want to enter the new year with this resolution accomplished!!
FOOD: I've been making sherbets out of frozen fruits for breakfast ( no sugar added) for the past week or so. This sweet treat is what I look forward to every morning! I mix up the flavors. This morning I'm having a peach, pineapple, and grape sherbet (& of course I add my diatomaceous earth!!) Its SO REFRESHING.
I have also been loving a new salad recently. I'll make A mix of spinach and leafy greens as a base. The toppings are grape tomatoes, cucumber, sprouts, baby bell peppers, strawberries and Newman's sesame ginger dressing.
I'd eat this with an 100 cal pack of cashews and a little bowl of fruit on the side. My fruit bowls are always a mixture of two fruits. I have found that a variety of tastes makes meals more satisfying -- just make sure to watch your portions!!
I usually make big salad for lunch. It's easy to make and still yummy ;)
Since it was that " time of the month " for me this week, I kept dinners light. I tend to get *really* nauseous on my menses. I had vegetable soup, French provencal veggie And soup mock fish soup( miso soup with nori and Gardein fishlet fillets). I snacked on a 200 cal serving vegan cheddar squares one night after dinner (they taste just like cheezits and I hate cheezits. Sounded good on a period crave 🙄. Threw it away. Because I don't think they are worth the calories ) another night I had piece of pineapple cake with my soup. Everything in moderation.
I still feel kinda bloated, but that's to be expected. Glad the red herrin has flown off! Hehehe.
