I know why I gained... It was the garlic bread I cooked (and ate) for my hubby... And went back for seconds. It was just so good! I should have had more self control, but I didn't. I went a few hundred over my calorie goal. Now I know to not to even cook it because the temptation is too much for me. I will do better today.
