Unfortunately I had so many errands yesterday, so the DH said he wanted McDonalds for breakfast. Needless to say, 1 steak, egg and cheese bagel later I was so sick. Bad stomach cramps and nausea! We've done so well for several weeks of not eating out and only cooking eggs, veggie & meats for our meals. I feel like I should fast for a week now. I see what a food hangover is now 😥
