I've been gone for far too long...all I have are excuses about holidays, visiting family, working on preparations to move (again), stress over school (new semester, new fun! ... ), and worry over my cat that has gone from remission of diabetes (YAY!) to kidney failure (...). Needless to say, I brought my weight gain on myself, and I accept that. Now it's time to shake it off again!

Today, I begin moving to my goal (and yes, I DO realize it is April Fool's Day, but I refuse to allow myself to become the fool of this joke!)! ;)

I am eating sparingly, and working to put exercise back into my daily plans! This time around I will have to try harder, since my new job has a lot less movement / walking / lifting involved.

Last time I lost weight, I went from a size 16 to a size 11 (the difference of being 208 lbs and going to 165 lbs!!) I have moved comfortably into my size 13's...although I don't feel as comfortable in them (self-esteem-wise). I am looking forward to the new changes, and am happy to be back! ;)
