I realized I am a quantity eater. I do it with good food and bad food. So I have been making myself eat only portions suggested, even if I know the food is good food and I can have more. I want my stomach to "Shrink" or get used to not eating so much. I also got an elliptical and I have been working out on it. That makes me feel good about my day, even if I did have something semi bad for me, or too much for dinner, etc. Everybody - if I can do it, you can do it. Especially since my boyfriend is a complete sweet tooth and keeps making cookies and making bowls of ice cream, etc. and complaining about salad... I just tell him that he needs to support me. I am fat. lol.
