Happy Easter to everyone.
No Chocolate for me this year, I requested that much. Today I have hit my next goal of 20kgs and feeling good. When I look at myself in the mirror I still look like I was before I started the diet. But others are making comments so that is the main this.

Thailand on Wednesday, would have to say this has been one of the longest weeks of my life. Can't wait to see my Fiance again and for some time off work. I am going to try and get to the gym tomorrow before night shift so that I can get the most out of it before a 4 week break. I am confident I will not go overboard with food on my holiday but more worried about what I will do once I get back. Once in the routine it is easier to keep up but after a 4 week holiday I am not sure how I will go.
