It is creeping back up. Need to start losing again. Calories and carbs have been mostly on track. I've had perhaps 3 days when I had too many carbs at one meal, due to class lunches, but I have still tried to keep the day's total in line with what does not leave me hungry. I think some days I may get about 20 grams too much of protein - which I understand mostly gets converted to carbs - and have had too much inactivity and not enough physical activity. Finished the classroom prep, and will be starting OJT. Hoping that we will move around more on that, and that my eventual position will have enough physical activity to help get me back on track.
