I'm not sure why I lost weight...I went over my RDI a few times & didn't eat very well...pizza, beer, rum, hot dogs...who knows, maybe it's stress at work...

I still need to get back into the regular exercise routine, I have only exercised sparatically over the last few weeks...so more effort required on the diet & exercise...

Kinda baffled as to why I'm losing weight...anyway, I'll take it...

Good Job Madjak! I think once we build up momentum on this journey, weight comes off despite our silliness. We just have to remember to keep getting back on the horse.
