Well, I definitely over-did it with eating taco ball at school. I got really sick and didn't want to eat anything the day after. I was cramping, nauseous as hell, and pretty much miserable for 2 days... I only worked out once last week but i did some light resistance training for good measure. Hopefully I'll get back on track by next week. School started up for me again on Monday so right now I'm just adjusting to my schedule and then I'll figure out when I'll be going to the gym. I really wanna get out of the 270's already, it's been too long. *sigh*.
