I periodically will stop counting my calories & just "maintain" by feeling when I am full. For me personally I have to do this to make sure I can accurately reflect on what I am eating before, during, and after my meals by site and feeling of satisfied, but not "full/stuffed." I have done good this time. I will start logging again today and until I drop some more fat, to test out maintenance levels again. "Go team fat secret!!!"
