Down 2.2lbs...must be doing something right...I've been over my RDI almost everyday, but just over...maybe I'm exercising more than I think?
I need to show more restraint when there are "treats" around...had a few weak moments this week...
My test results were awesome...my blood sugar was normal, my cholesterol was normal...and the doc said I may not even require my meds if I keep control like I am...VERY HAPPY about that one!!

Damn, you got me by .1! Nice job buddy. Good job on the meds too. That will help. I was on BP meds once, and did a bunch of working out/walking/running and got off of em. They always made me tired and lazy. I hate meds, they change me and I dont like that.
