Woohoo! 219.8
Record low to start the week, and a new thing to look at besides the dreaded 221. It seems I was stuck on that for ages! However if I look at my handy dandy wall calendar I see that is not true, it was about a week. So many numbers stuck in my head from this journey, 242, 236, 221. All of which I felt I was stuck on FOREVER! If I look at my weight history it really is not true.
I am feel good about it, like I knew it was coming. Yesterday I ate a decent enough lunch, and did my bike ride after work. My legs are sore, and I probably need to rest them before Friday AM's big ride. I will probably take the next 2 days off the bike. Maybe lift some weights.
Last night wifey cooked chicken and rice for the kids. They were not even home to eat it. I did not want dinner, but grabbed a few pieces of chicken after my bike ride.
I had a bit of an epiphany last night! I am going to treat myself to a new bike for a weight loss goal! Something to help me lose weight and good for my health!! Now i can figure out if that goal is 220 or 200 yet, lol, I dont want to wait. I am looking at bikes all day now. My old used bike (Trek 3700) has lots of rusty parts, cassette (gears), chain, brakes. I could fix it, but that will likely be a few hundred dollars, and I will still have an entry level bike. Or I could spend about 900 on a bike I will be happier with. Sound Logic? I think so! I will be a good boy and save up the cash for it, and get motivated to get to 200! Thats what I'll do.
